Begin your two-week luxury journey in Sri Lanka with a warm welcome at Colombo International Airport, where your private chauffeur ushers you to the elegant Maniumpathy in the capital for a restful first night. The adventure then heads to Water Garden Sigiriya: en-route you’ll meet the gentle giants of Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage before ascending Sigiriya Lion Rock to watch the sun set over the Cultural Triangle. The following day reveals the ruined grandeur of Polonnaruwa and a sunset jeep safari across Minneriya National Park’s elephant-rich plains.
Continuing south, pause at the magnificent Dambulla Cave Temple on the way to Kandy, where a private city tour and a tranquil stay at the historic Kandy House await—followed by a leisurely day to simply enjoy its serenity. Next, wind into the emerald hills of “Little England,” Nuwara Eliya: tour a working tea estate, sip a freshly brewed cup of Ceylon, and stroll around Gregory Lake amid colonial charm and cascading waterfalls. From here travel by scenic rail to Ella to hike Little Adam’s Peak, pose on Nine-Arch Bridge, and cool off at Ravana Falls.
Your route then sweeps from misty highlands to Yala’s wild savannahs for an evening leopard safari with an expert naturalist. After a night close to nature, continue to the coastal heritage city of Galle; wander the 17th-century Dutch Fort and watch the sun set from its ramparts. On day thirteen drive north, sampling Colombo’s vibrant cityscape before settling in beach-fringed Negombo for your final night. Itinerary
Day 1 :Negambo
Welcome to Sri Lanka! On the first day of your holiday, you will meet and greet by SAYLANKA Tour representative and your private chauffeur guide at the lobby of Colombo International Airport. Take a leisurely drive you to Maniumpathy in Colombo, where you will spend your first night of this two week Luxury Tour in Sri Lanka.
Day 2 and 3 :Sigirya
On day two, we will drive you to the Water Garden Sigiriya, and on the way, you will get the chance to see Sri Lanka through the eyes of the Sri Lankan Goliath at the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala. Before checking in to your relaxing accommodation, we will take you on a slight hike at the Sigiriya Lions Rock where you will be able to enjoy and experience a golden sunset on the summit of the Lions Rock.
The next morning, we will take you to the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa where you can explore the astonishing grounds for the beauty it holds. In the evening, we will take you on a luxurious Jeep Safari at Minneriya National Park.
Day 4 and 5 :Kandy
From Sigiriya, we will move on to Kandy and en route, we will visit the Cave Temple in Dambulla. In Kandy, you will be taken on a city tour to catch glimpses of the cultural city. Kandy House is where you will sleep over on day four.
Day five is free on the roster for relaxation at the luxury hotel in Kandy.
Day 6 :Nuwaraeliya
After a peaceful stay in Kandy, travel towards the tea country – Nuwara Eliya which is also known as ‘Little England’. Be amazed with emerald green tea leaves, cascading waterfalls and quaint colonial buildings dotted all over place which would also make you feel like you are in an English city!
During your stay, experience the art of making Ceylon tea from withering to bulk packing with a visit to a working tea plantation and a factory taste a freshly brewed cup of Ceylon tea. Capture absolute stunning sceneries and natural beauty of Nuwara Eliya, breath in fresh air and take a pleasant stroll around Gregory lake in the evening are some other experiences you can enjoy.

Day 10 :Yala
Following a mouthwatering breakfast at the hotel, journey from hills to islands’ wild – Yala. Along the route, witness Ravana waterfall and do not forget to take a selfie with the plunging falls in the background.Later, gather for an evening safari through Yala National Park with an expert naturalist. Keep your eyes peeled for the endangered Sri Lankan leopard as well as on other widlife such as elephants, wild boards and birdlife.
Day 11 and 12 :Galle
After a restful sleep in the wild, set off to Galle which is home to an impressive World Heritage-listed Dutch fort. This is popular as the best example for the fortified city in Asia built by Europeans by showing the mix of European architectural styles as well as South Asian traditions. In the evening, you may wander around this historic fort and watch the sunset from the ramparts. It would make sure a picture perfect end for the day!
Day 13 :Negambo
After exploring the Galle Dutch Fort on day thirteen, you will be driven to the capital city of Colombo. A city tour is lined up here, after which you will drive towards Negombo, your final destination for the tour. Your night stay will be in Negombo.
