Day 1 :Sigiriya

Your first day is a direct transfer from your arrival at the airport to Sigiriya. A highlight of Sri Lanka and would allow you to cover at least two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will explore UNESCO site no.1 as you head to Sigiriya, in Dambulla. You will explore the Dambulla Cave Temples. This cave monastery, with its five sanctuaries, has been a revered pilgrimage site for 22 centuries and is Sri Lanka’s biggest and best-preserved cave-temple complex. The Buddhist mural paintings (covering an area of 2,100 m2), as well as the 157 sculptures, are particularly significant. So this is a must-do en route and one of the highlights of this Short Break Tour.
Day 2 :Kandy

Day 02 is rather long so brace yourselves. You will start the morning by climbing Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Return and you will check out to head to Kandy. En route you may pay a visit to Matale Alu Viharaya. You will then be taken directly to watch the Cultural Dance Show. The Kandy Lake Club Cultural Dance Show is an enthralling fusion of Sri Lankan arts, dance, and cultural heritage that is a must-see. Take advantage of this chance to learn more about cultural ethics via the Kandyan dance and Sri Lanka’s iconic national dance, the Kohomba Kapkariya.
You will then check in to the hotel to relax and enjoy a restful night in Kandy.
Day 3 :Colombo
